Question One - Value for money?
Questions Two - Bomber Girl or Minotaur Weapon?

Your Thoughts Forum on the Micallef Prints @ Laz, by manchestermike on Jul 8, 2007 20:54:11 GMT 1, I like them... The price is obviously high at the moment as they haven't sold yet but I think they'll look cheap in the future... kind of like the Banksy 4 soupcan prints that Laz releases.
On question two - there is a thread on the ebay part of the forum about it, personally I prefer Minotaur Weapon

I thought I'd never have one. Then the next month LAZ released. Its a big purchase, but its only numbers in the bank otherwise, and they don't look pretty.
I'll post pics soon as its next up for framing.
Might seem a lot at the moment, but when they're sold...its up up up (so buy MW!!)

I remember looking at the Banksy Kate's everyday. 2500 for a print??? I thought they had some nerve asking that much for these. But I loved the image and knew it would bring me a lot of happiness if it was hanging on my wall. I decided to step up and buy two of them. The most money I had ever spent on art before. Frankly, I was shitting in my pants at the time. Turns out it was a decent move right? I wake up every morning and I'm greeted by Kate. Would never even thing about selling. I guess my point is, I feel the Micallef prints are a very similar situation. If you love it, treat yourself and get it.

we have all dithered on buying something thinking it is expensive but when we look back, we kick ourselves and see it as a good deal. Not many can afford them but, if you are in a position to buy, go for it!
At worst you can always sell it if you dont like it..but at the best you will enjoy looking at it every day and it will increase in value.

When I first bumped into Micallef's work I dithered over a HFNG at ยฃ250!!! these prints where great originals.....but these prints in my opnion arent that good a print....go see them at laz they have them to show...i still believe the eyestorm prints and indeed the POW prints to be better than these....
though everyones right there going to be a good investment
but if you dont have the others get those first i think

Got an emal from Stefanne this morning. They've got distribution problems at the moment. Should be sorted by the end of the week, and therefore next week should see an arrival.
