aesthetically i prefer it without the bars but they are probably needed for the zooicide print to make sense. otherwise i can imagine visitors wondering why the monkey on the wall is trying to commit suicide with a banana.

i don't know a lot about screenprinting but i think you can achieve grey with black ink. the recent pow micallef for example is a one colour screenprint.

Although the bars take something away from the aestheticness (is that a word?) of the print, it's necessary for the concept of the print itself. Just hope I'm in (US) time to grab one. I think it will be an early sell-out.

Heh! I'm never too far away - I still come on here, just don't post as much as I used to. Before, I had very little to do at work and would literally be on here 12 hours a day (while at "work"). But these days I need to do lots of things that require me leaving my office (and hence my computer), which is why I haven't been able to be on here as much. Bah.
As for the dollar, yeah yeah, rub it in!! ;D

I think he means that Dolk's style is kinda similar to Banksy's. It's not the first time they've been conflated together. Personally, I think that while there is *some* similarity in their styles, their ideas are a world apart.

nope, early december was all hmp announced. they did say that they would give more consideration to the timing of the next release after gwt went on sale at 7am uk time and most of the usa managed to miss out.
