You did know that Aiko and Lady Pink were 2 different artist's, right? From the note above it seems as if you're wondering why Aiko doesn't do such nice artwork for her POW releases... There are 2 answers if I may:
1. Aiko doesn't paint nearly as well as lady pink. Not to say she's not as good at all. In fact in many ways she's much more perceptive, BUT her painting skills are eclipsed by Lady Pink in this show.
2. Look at the detail and the color management on this piece that you posted. Do you think that POW would print something like that? It's EXTREMELY hard to get a 30-60 color silkscreen printed, and you need a lot of very skilled labor to get it done well enough to make a good representation of the original image. Registration and Color alone would make this image a nightmare to piece together. It would take months to print, and thinking in terms of price per screen, may easily put the edition cost well over the artist's capability to sell at the required price. There are very few artist's whose prints can dictate that type of cost and attention. I think they're better off focusing on the simple imagery (like Banksy) and continuing to introduce affordable prints to the market. Seems that they have developed this business model and reputation very well as it is.

I think Aiko probably established the Faile look and characterized the images into the icons we know to be faile images today.
If you look at the work before she joined it was very static, would i dare to say poor. The personality in the work didn't arrive till Aiko joined the collective. Also since she left 'apart from the remix prints, which she would have worked on' the faile images have been very poor and don't seem to carry the magic anymore, where Aiko recent work does.
