Why else would you want to buy a COA for a print which you do not own. And more to the point, why the fuck does the owner not have the COA anyway...
the more you think about it, the more malicious it is. Sounds weird for a 99p auction, but that is a big deal for print collectors as it is basically a passport for people who sell fakes to supply them with a coa. This could cause all sorts of mess.
