could be 50/50 on his career by the looks of things and the poor bloke did nothing wrong, he has always been the quiet one that just gets on with it at arsenal.
hope he has a good recovery and its not overly serious.

but then there was Michael Busst who had to retire.
Think they said yesterday it was a double compound fracture, not good.

If its a double malleolar compound fractures, they will need pinning and extensive physiotherapy..

the tackle was bad but no worse than much that has gone before or indeed we'll see again.
alan smith had a compound fracture of the fibula and a dislocated ankle from what i can remember, david buust was a double compound fracture (tibia and fibula) and luc nilis was also a double compound fracture of the same bones. nilis' injury is the one that is most similar to eddy's and he never came back, i am not confident that he will return at all, yet alone to arsenal and croatia, it's a shame because he's a great lad with a shedload of talent, i'd love to be wrong but my guess is that's it - knackered.
