Im not saying Newcastle aint a great club They are one or my favourite teams in the Prem, and was even a share holder a few years back, but the way they treated Allardyce

If I was a Newcastle fan I'd echo those sentiments... an absolutely dreadful appointment. He cracked as a much younger man and he's expected to perform again...

Have to agree with that Michael. I have to say he was a legend at City when we had him in div 1 but outside that he was a complete disaster and I was happy to see him go. This smacks of fan-appeasement to me and certainly not any sort of measure to get the best out of a load of underperforming players. Hmmm... Keegan and Barton together again. Very interesting.

Will never forget the day we beat Man utd 5 -1 at old Trafford.
i, as a Newcastle fan through and through think was the only option open to us to win back the supporters. This way i hope we will see Shearer come in as No2 to Keegan.
ill bet the Stoke game will be a cracker tonight. ;D

Just feel sorry for the Geordies, Newcastle is a great city (Planet Earth, best indie disco...ever) and deserves a decent team.
