My favorite Welsh album, by Deleted on Jun 23, 2008 23:00:36 GMT 1, i love Gorky's Zygotic Mynci's album 'Barafundle', i like much of their stuff, but this is in a different leaque. One of the best British albums of the 90's. It's a magic mushroom fuelled classic.
Not everyone's cuppa, but i say give it a go.
So anyone else recomend anything apart from the obvious stuff to come out of Wales.

On a musical bent, i'm just back from seeing My Bloody Valentine. My god it was ferocious. They handed out earplugs on the way in, and during the 20 minute finale of 'you made me realise' i felt my fillings coming loose & the skin on my arms detatching from my body. I've never experienced sound like it.

My favorite Welsh album, by angel41 on Jun 24, 2008 8:36:18 GMT 1, Gorky's and SFA are brilliant so I'd have to agree with you there guys. 'Barafundle' is excellent, 'Patio song' still does it for me. Haven't got 'rings around the world' but 'Phantom Power' by SFA is an excellent album.
