Well, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the 'Live' gig that they are doing on the 5th July @ Islington Acadamy. I've only just found out about it and really want to go - I can't even find any tickets on ebay for it.....
Anyone with info about it could you please let me know

UNKLE @ Islington, by fullproof on Jul 9, 2007 20:37:35 GMT 1, Was a sold out gig.I travelled up and had a cool time, though it was a lot more 'rocky' than i imagined. Played most stuff off the new album which i hadn't heard before the night.
Was hoping for a few guest singers but most vocals wernt live, which was a bit odd.
Think they are playing at a couple of festies later in the summer. Worth checking.
Loving the 3D artwork on the new album. Managed come away with a promo pack with a small poster, stickers,badges and cd which was cool! ;D

Mine arrived yesterday and have only given it one listen thus far and though it was good but bound to be more of a 'grower'.. 
I saw James Lavelle come on for a few songs with Ian Brown a few years ago in Brixton and that was quality. I have also watched JL at a gig in Sheffield years ago before I was really into his music and that pretty much got me hooked......
Really want to get the chance to go and see UNKLE sometime this year though to see how is comes across live.......

watched nearly all of their set, they had Leila from Duke Spirit come on sing the track they've done together...excellent. ;D
