I used to have an xbox360 and this is why i changed in simple terms:
PS3 HAS:
- over 1080dpi hi def
- blu-ray / dvd
- inbuilt wi-fi
- free online play
- you can go on the internet on it
- stream video to it from your computer
- stream movies to it to watch
- play your psp from it
- plug in usb connectors to it to store pictures, movies and games
- free online store which you can download from for free (demos) and then the games are cheaper anyway
- acts as a 60gb storage device
- inbuilt blue-tooth for calling people on skype
- standard wireless controllers with no batteries
- the first fully hi definition games and over
xbox:
non of the above (apart from the games which are good but then you have to pay for online and playing dvd as standard)
really dont get why you would want an xbox anymore, the ps3 is more than about gaming
