Get this, the lady there, who mind you, was the kindest and most helpful person ever told me to take it to a framer to have the dinged edges cut off. Haha ill just take a replacement and please ship it properly protected this time.
You think they will sell for the above price? Thats nuts considering it took a whole month to sell out at 600pounds

Have they agreed to replace it for you? From what I was aware they had no spares to make replacements

Neate Paved with Gold, by Aza on Mar 2, 2007 13:11:47 GMT 1, One of mine was slightly creased when the framer removed it from the tube. I sent it back to them and they refused to admit it was their error, even though it was packed so tightly into the tube with no breathing space at the tube ends.
They offered me a refund, but obviously I wanted the print, so told them to send it back to me. I have since forked out to get the minor crease repaired.
I am thinking that they may get a few more people complaining of creases due to the way they were sent. They should have used longer tubes and also had some back up prints to issue in case of problems!

especially when you factor in the cost to replace one +post it out. Would have thought it would only take one person to ask for a replacement and all the money you've saved would be wiped out. plus all the hastle.

I could see why that would affect prices. Mine was extremely well packed and wrapped and came in a much 'looser' tube than the folk at POW provide.
