I've not seen the orange one (is this what you mean by photographer?) before, and may not be banksy. I've walked past the Sesame St one several times, but never quite thought it was banksy - although he has done dustbins with CCTV cameras I've never seen anything like that, and also it's in an area where people / kids have presumably been encouraged to do graf as a project.
It's obviously hard to know (unless tagged) if something is by banksy....
As you may know the Brick lan parachute rat has recently had those tentacles added to it! And 'Old Skool' must have also been added to the pensioner thugs recently because it wassn't there a month ago....

The orange one was just inside an alley, I know hes done photographers so we thought it might be, and as for the sesame street one, the bin was like his and it's just round the corner from the big rat and telly but it would be good to get more opinions.
