I doubt it would be many years old as stuff in the city tends to get buffed pretty quickly.

There was one in Denmark Street until a couple of weeks ago, and there used to be one near Sotheby's or Christies or one of the auction places. All the You Lie rats are the same size: smaller than a placard, larger than a parachute.

yes! that's where I saw it - a pic of the sotheby's one (since buffed)
