here is a picture I took two nights ago that looks like banksy art. But is it made by him/her ? Itยดs the only graffity on a more than 100m long wooden fence. The fence hides the constuction area of the new bnd headquarter in Berlin.
Any comment appreciated ....

Banksy in Berlin again ?, by thephotographer on Oct 19, 2008 16:44:22 GMT 1, larger photo soon. the horn on his head is - a surveillance camera instead of the head - that makes it so banksy-like. on pic 02 one can see at the left some of these cameras. and if you know that bnd is the german secr. service than it makes even more sense .....

Looks a bit like dbase who did the London CCTV heads often attributed to Banksy or Fragil. But the Berlin one doesn't look as good.
Search Flickr to see examples of Fragil and dbase.
This one is Fragil (and WK Interact to the right) from Barcelona last year.
