but in a nutshell. the banksy video was put up by afflicted yard, which is the website of the jamaican photographer peter rickards.
banksy went to jamaica, got into an argument with peter rickards, who sold his photos of banksy to the evening standard.
peter rickards has had arguments with lots of people, not only banksy. he is now suing an english bloke for no reason really. As i say it's a load of shit
