The 4 is a Resident Evil 4 advert (I posted this somewhere else the other day). Looks like Capcom were careful to keep the original text, mainly as it's kind of in keeping with the videogame...

If you are at the Barbican for the theater, leave the main entrance and turn left, its on one of the buildings on the left. It actually looked fairly new come to think of it.
