I think you are right.
I walked round it looking for a tag and even on the roof.
The reverse had 2 doors with a new padlock on. The older padlock was on the roof (the one I took).
I wonder if Mr B broke the lock to make sure it was safe before they started working?

I would imagine he would measure up that wall to make sure the composition of the stencil works in the space. Could this have been planned months ago? or do you think he just see's a good spot has an idea for the image, and does it within a few days or a week?
