It looks a little like words were written by different people. If you compare the S's and E's. The word "Slow" looks very Banksy. (I'm not a hand writing expert)
Or that could be because of the height and difficulty getting there!
I doubt he works alone on something this big in any case.

He probably had permission from the studios and probably was doing it on Sunday night under the cover of scafolding when I drove right past it!
