Its On top of the bus garage I think. If that building isnt a bus garage then its the qaury type place next door.
I'l take a snap in the morning and post it unless some one lives near there and beats me to the punch
On the other side of the tower its on it says "Live fast, Drive slow"
Another tower has also simply been slathered in pink paint.

For me it looks like Banksy has been playing with a fire extinguisher
filled with paint again. At least that would explain why the heart
looks so shit. the writing seems to be done with a paint brush.
