As mentioned by lovingit, the show in New York had nothing to do with Banksy himself. To describe the show as "Banksy's exhibit in NY" (or "his own exhibit in NY", as you do on your website) is therefore highly misleading. I suspect you are aware of this already but decided there was financial gain to be made from deception.
Contrary to what you say on your website, Banksy's tag is protected by copyright. He simply hasn't enforced it against you.
Regarding the t-shirts you are actually selling, I must add, yahoo42, that they are rather poor. Aesthetically, the design was badly executed. More importantly, it is not even funny (although your website moniker, 'Miss Wit', did give me a chuckle). I personally find the t-shirts naff and highly embarrassing.
May I ask whether you have a market for the t-shirts? I thought perhaps children or young teenagers, or maybe the type of person who buys those t-shirts in Amsterdam with images of couples having sex in different positions. It is unlikely that serious Banksy fans would wish to wear them.
For your sake, I hope you are producing individual t-shirts as and when you are selling them. However, if you had to pre-purchase them in bulk and you are now sitting on a stockpile, then you have my deepest sympathies.
