Banksy Book • WALL and PIECE, by xmyart on Sept 8, 2011 12:51:24 GMT 1, I was thinking of the perspex box to stop grubby mits getting to it. Dont really know what else i can do with it otherwise. No one can resist picking it up if its out and sitting in a box in my wardrobe just doesnt sit right.
I quite like the idea of a couple of books in a UV perspex box. But then, i like books!! which it seems is no longer the in thing :-)
Hunter yep its litterally just a printed dust jacket, but thats also the way with many collectable books. Guess they make things rare as they usually disintegrate if you look at them wrong.

The book needs to be complete, and as you are aware it'll always deteriorate with handling. Best thing after encapsulating/framing it would be for me to look after it for you.

Think some research into the number that were issued may be worth a go. But i suspect a few have tried and failed on that one.

Get some dust jacket protector sleeves (from most good antique bookshops) cut to size and fit and stick this one on the bookshelf for safe keeping.
