I don't remember seeing the skelton at the seaside, boy with paintcan, myspace granny or graffiti removal, but surely he's not saving these for a future book?

A fantastic book with all of sheps work.The book is beautifully designed & packaged.
If you don't own this then do yourself a favour & get a copy.
Amazon are selling it for about ยฃ25.I think play.com are also selling it.

S&D is immense in all ways. such a shame that a lot of his new prints are so lame. I am very much up and down with shep's work - when I look at the book (espec the B&W photos, the street work, and the arrest warrants etc), and some of his less than studenty revolutionary work, I feel like shep is great. But when I see some of his prints (and the currently lack of chance to ever buy the odd one I actually like) and his sausage machine art I feel quite sick.

I did still think about buying the book but I thought about it and decided no, if it was a story book I would buy it because the pictures don't matter, but Banksy's book is a book full of pictures and its all about the pictures, why should I pay good money for a book full of pictures of which the quality is so poor, am I the only person to notice this?

you can't dictate lighting conditions for most of the items & because most of the images were done illegally & most would have probably been cleaned off by the local council failry quickly, time was not a luxury they had
i see it more as a rough catalogue of his work to date...and for ยฃ13 (on amazon) for a full colour hardback book of your favourite artist....i think it's a pretty good deal

i think thats part of the charm of the book myself, its more cheap and cheerful rather than ยฃ100 a copy coffee table book.
And as rolyateel says some of the conditions when the pictures were taken would have been far from studio conditions.
