I was in the queue with one of the people involved and they have had 1500 printed. They are £10 each and look well worth the money. Also 20% of the money is going to the big issue foundation.

I've flicked through it and there is a few extras pages randomly put in throughout the book, can't remember exactly what though. The Napalm picture has changed back to the old version (same as the website) it's now a paperback and is cheaper at around £9.99
I'd say just look at it in the shop or steal it if you already own the hardback.
Or if you are buying purely for the print quality avoid it like the plague.

Wall and Peace is definately not printed digitally
To produce a 240 page, perfect bound book, with a print run in excess of 37000 copies, would require a far more economical process, probably web offect litho.
Some of the images are pixelated, but this is down to the source photo or poor quality reproduction, not the printing

Take a look at it under a magnifiying glass, there is no litho dot pattern, so it's not litho.

I know a lot about photography and I think if the photographer couldn't use a DSLR because he needed a stealth camera, then he would have probably of been better of with a high end film compact camera.

It's an awesome book and an absolute must have for any Banksy fan!
If you make a trip to the highstreet - I think Fopp have them for a tenner or thereabouts. Alternativey, you can get both the Hardback and the Softback version for around that price on Amazon. Bargain!
