The framing was done at Fletchers, which is just around the corner from the barbican tube station.
It was expensive (the low reflective glass is a killer on something this size!), but definitely well worth it imho. I use them quite regularly and they always do an excellent job.

I'd have thought you could get an excellent job done, even with museum glass, for a lot less. Great choice though, it really is absolutely beautiful. I almost don't wanna wish you luck selling something so nice as it seems a nicer thing to do!! ;D

My sentiments exactly. I've been really disappointed in the past by trying to save money on framing and I've learnt my lesson. Yes, it was a lot of money, but when your initial intention is to keep the framed piece for many years and you also get a quality job done, its seems IMO to be money well spent.

I really don't want to have to sell either of these, but needs must! Its a bit more than a holiday, it will (hopefully) be an epic adventure that will never be forgotten! ;D. Snowboarding and art are big things for me and I guess I'm trying to get the balance right between the two, its proving difficult!
