So I get to the West End to early in preparation for the Neate show so I thought I'd pop in to Laz to see what was going on. Anyway a woman comes in to pick up her Faile print which she had framed and I have to say it looked great. So I asked Stephanne if I could have a look at them. She brought all 4 editions out and layed them on the floor so I could have a look at them. I have to say I was blown away by the detail. The laser etching on card can not be appreciated unless seen close up, as only then can you see how it is raised and the background detailing can only be seen when held up to the light at different angles. You probably know that the editions were due to be higher but due to the complexity of finishing each print the editions have been slashed. I must say I wasn't planning on buying one of these as the pics on the site don't do it justice (and that's why I think they haven't sold out yet) but seeing them in person was a different story and I took the plunge. If you haven't seen them in the flesh I can highly reccomend you do and I think you'll be converted. Just incase you're interested I got the last "My Story Savage Dream" and love it.

Don't think there were many left of the other editions. So if you're thinking of getting one head down there a.s.a.p.

I saw them at the faile show and thought they were a nice idea, but wouldn't want one at home as you would need to place it in light.

All 4 editions would look spot on together if you have a spare 2k

Just be careful if they do sell out. It's amazing how much you realize you want something when you can no longer have it. Makes me think about those 4k Micallef prints ...and my ex girlfriends
