What was the final outcome of that, I though the mail was fairly ambiguous....
Will they produce a print for us let down and ship it for free?
as above but no charge at all?
Will they numbered / signed etc etc, anyone?

As I understand it, Faile will produce a special print for anyone outside the US who ordered a print and got refunded (and so lost money on the conversion). The print will be free, and will be shipped for free as well. Whether the print will be signed and numbered has not been said.

They have to process all those refunds/oversales/paypal goofs.

i was told in an email response from faile when i inquired about which prints i would be recieving that i would not be recieving my original... but its been 3 weeks now and no refund! ill believe it when i see it on my front door as well
