what sort of damage did yours have? they shipped them in very thick tubes.

One of the corners was badly impacted. It looked to me that one corner of the print was too close to the kraft paper, and hit one end of the tube. No damage to the tube at all. I sent a couple of pictures to Dave, and he said that he would replace it.
