Latest Obey Print, by oddkabob on Nov 28, 2007 1:24:48 GMT 1, I don't know what it is, I get to the PayPal part and then it just spins and spins and then says connection not found or some nonsense. So I go back a page, try to start the PayPal process and it never gets anywhere.......so none for me. Some times I make it through and sometimes not. But it always ends up being 30-60 minutes. Fairey is simply doing to well with his print releases to upgrade his system. He has no incentive to implement a server that can adapt to the Tuesday traffic because no matter how bad it is or how long it takes....it will always sell out. I can't imagine anyone going to a store with their goods, getting to the cash register, then waiting around for 30 mins or 1 hour while the cashier "processes" your transaction only to tell you it's a no go. People would go postal. But everyone obeys every Tuesday (me included) like good little consumers. Why can't any of these online sites implement proper, scalable servers with live cart inventory systems? They're making good $$$, treat the customers just a little better. I've got plenty of Fairey's so I'm not gonna miss this one, but the way some places treat their online customers is shite. ok rant over. All the super loyal Obey fans can now neg me into oblivion.

Latest Obey Print, by pezlow on Nov 28, 2007 9:55:25 GMT 1, I'm going to give up with obey releases. I used to do pretty well with them but recently I always seem to crash at the stage where I am leaving paypal and returning to the store. When I do get through I get the message that my session has lapsed. I've resigned myself to never being able to buy another Obey print.

that's almost the same as giving up smoking you can put a price on the amount of money you save, add it up you'll be surprised ;D
