It's been there for years. I'm assuming they've been avoiding re-decorating...can't imagine why

It's a big bastard of a thing, apparently banksy swapped it for a big bag of grass clippings 
Funnily enough i also met hairy monster Justin Lee Collins in a pub up the road that day too and got a huge tour of the Bristol graf spots from hugs, splendid fellow, even if he's buggered off to Aus.
