I think there is alot of truth in there things but some times they have gone to far. For example the taking of goodness out of food well if you ever look whats in chicken and ham. There is loads of stuff my mate sends me some i put on here some others have put on here replete put occupation 101 on here its on you tube its pretty bad stuff.
