Laz is telling my prospective buyer that they did give out receipts, but I never got one and pretty sure the people I was in line with did not receive one either...

No receipts were given to the first several people in line. I remember stories of some people demanding some sort of proof and being given a simple till receipt which had no indication of what was actually purchased.
I printed out my credit card statement which showed the date/time and a purchase from Lazarides to keep as "proof"

You can contact Laz and they will eventually give you a proper COA for the set. I remember those reciepts as well bored and it was a complete joke, a 2'' by 2'' white paper reciept that just said Laz, date, and the amount.

There were a lot of us from this forum all standing at the front of the line and we were all looking a bit confused by the lack of any record or proof of purchase, if you paid by card you would at least have some sort of record but I paid cash and had nothing but Laz's word...
