100% agree; I can't stand seeing a reflection!
It shouldn't cost much more than £200 from a non-branded framer, maybe £250 maximum for a print of this size...

Banksy • No Ball Games GREY, by telsin on Dec 13, 2009 23:09:04 GMT 1, Darren - apologies, I think I may have woken you up about 04:30. I did a reconnaisance of the queue from back at what turned out to be the early 200s. Spotted a familiar face and gave you a big shout out! . Hey there! I do remember you coming up and I was half asleep and didn't really click on to who you were. After 3 hours of strangers coming up to you and asking questions meant I was not on top form. My huge apologies chap - I did walk to the back of the queue in the morning to see if I could recognise you but didn't. Glad you were successful!
Hi Darren
sorry we missed each other in the queue, it was a little different from our experience at the dface a month or so ago, just three of us. lol

Banksy • No Ball Games GREY, by meatbag on Dec 14, 2009 0:36:14 GMT 1, as I mentioned before, this will be the greatest number of new Banksy prints to hit ebay of all time. From what I can tell the vast majority isn't overly stooked about this image. On top of that they are using an entire database of previously entered names, half of which may not even have interest in this... but of course if they're selected there is no way they'll pass on the image when they can immediately make at least double their money. Bummer they're handling this this way. Lotteries are good thing but I think they're being a bit lazy on how they handle the names. Faile doesn't it the best that I've seen using Fair Q and requires re-entry each time. Well the one thing is, this print should be pretty dam cheap in the secondary market for those that do dig it.

Banksy • No Ball Games GREY, by bullet on Dec 14, 2009 0:37:04 GMT 1, whoa whoa hwoa. whats going on. left this thread earlier and its about 10 pages longer.
I agree with the person that said people are on here shoot themselves in the foot a bit, in the respect of hyping up and chatting about things to the point where makes people come on here and get hyped and in turn hype others.
I think this forum has got to the point now where it could possibly have areas like the general post area which are locked until you have made 5+ posts (the threads which are going to be like this are the locked ones) Ive seen other forums do it. It would not reduce the traffic to the site, but it would mean those 2,000 people that hit this site when a pow email goes out cant read anything unless they have made a least 5 more dumb ass comments than me that day.
just my 3pence.
Its just a few information service for people to make a quick buck 70% of the time, 10% is arguing then 20% is people letting people know that dora has sneezed.

Banksy • No Ball Games GREY, by stopthespray on Dec 14, 2009 7:57:29 GMT 1, Finally have caught up on all the sleep and have come down off of the emotional roller coaster that went into getting this print. Planes, trains and automobiles about sums up my experience getting to Commercial Street. Once there, the waiting was very enjoyable! Huge thanks to eduarandres for all of the updates and actually talking me into making the final leg of my trip. Thanks to all the great people that were in the mid 200's section of the que...a really enjoyable group of people. Adam, Nick, Danny, and Dean...thanks for the rum and the stories that made 12 hours pass in a wink. Pictures will be emailed!! As far as the print goes this is actually one of my favorite Banksys. I really didn't understand the meaning behind it but after being told about what the No Ball Games sign meant and the role it plays in the UK this print really stated to resonate with me. Fantastic release POW you made at least one person really happy!
