Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by graffalo on Jan 8, 2010 14:08:15 GMT 1, Postage plus VAT and handeling fees etc will make the green ones from the US quite expensive for UK buyers and I think that a lot of people find the green a bit loud. prefer the green. If I could get one for around £1500 all in I would go for it
I agree, although I think that we may be a minority on this. Looks like prices are going south at the moment so £1500 all up might be possible Could be a good time to buy as well as demand will be reduced due to it being so soon after Xmas. It will be interesting to see if more hit the bay once the COAs are sent out or whether this might be the least flipped print that I can recall.

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by velouria on Jan 8, 2010 17:51:24 GMT 1, I bought a green one today from a guy in walthamstow, we met in a kebab shop (no joke). He didn't have the coa, i went down to see the very nice people at POW who gave me it. Dora said that the other COA's have only just been sent so anyone with a green should expect it in the next couple of days. The original is still hanging just inside the door at their offices.

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by sandchicken on Jan 17, 2010 19:34:42 GMT 1, Hi,
I have a green Banksy To Ball Games that I would like to trade. Off the top of my head I am interested in Josh Keyes prints and older Shepard Fairey prints (2007 and back). I will of course listen to any offers though.
I would prefer to trade in person since I am new to trading, and I don't have many posts here. I am located outside of Philadelphia i the US, but can travel to meet somebody who is reasonably close by.
The Keyes prints I am interested in are Tic Toc, Treadmill, Thunder, Entangle 1&2, and Scorch. The only Fairey print I have from 2007 is War is Over, so any others from that year or older I would be interested in.
Anyway, I am looking forward to hearing your offers.
Thanks! Dave

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by frontierman on Jan 20, 2010 16:02:57 GMT 1, In my view you are wasting your money on Museum glass, it is only needed on very dark subjects, ( that is the non-reflective qualities) as NBG is a light bit of work, you should go with conservation glass. As to surface mounting or using a window mount, go with the window mount, it's better for attaching the print, have a look at this www.frontierpictureframes.com/page12.htm it's one I did last week, with museum mount and conservation glass in a wide white box frame, price around £160.00

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by jaimesl on Jan 20, 2010 18:52:55 GMT 1, I disagree with frontierman on the non-reflective glass.
I would recommend it for everything... Pay a little extra for plexi-glass if you can it's lighter and almost invisible... It gives a float mounted piece loads more depth... Really very special.
It's more expensive but when you look at the link above the print and framing looks flat with the reflections.
Just my opinion... But worth waiting a little longer and framing it well (if money is an issue)

Banksy - No Ball Games (GREEN), by frontierman on Jan 21, 2010 10:43:44 GMT 1, A window mount, goes over your print and has a window in it so you can see the print, also the artwork can be attached using Mylar corners, rather than using any type of tape hinging.
