Storing a print in a (POW) tube for an extended period will certainly cause concern.
When someone buys a print it is best taken out and put into something
for storing before having it framed, unless of course it's going straight to the framer.
If you've ever bought a print which has been in a tube for more than a few weeks you will encounter
the question - "just how do i get this thing flat", possibly followed by "does
it matter" and you will end up with - (trust me) - "i've tried everything is
this thing ruined ?" . !
FPR ! - AS possibly needs a field covering this issue - "storage" - framed / flat / tube / shop window 
note - pow tubes - whilst strong are inappropriate for storage.
brp - are certainly wider and possibly less damaging.
elms - likewise...
I can't speak for too many other print vendors.

Saying that according to Bonham's, a tube f**ked happy choppers sold for well over 13k so it seems like no one cares if a print is actually flat anymore as long as it has a banksy sig. However I would speculate that the happy choppers sale at the beginning of the show was just a carefully placed fire cracker to set the auction a light....

It seems to go on Ebay for about the same as a signed Stop and Search or Morons... that's WHEN it ever comes available, which seems to be rarely !
Choppers is by far one of his most iconic images, and I'm not sure I want to part with it, but I have a couple of unsigned prints and really want something signed !!!

It's been framed, but in fairly low light conditions and is still in Excellent condition.
