I have read some of the discussions. Appreciate the CoA for long term monetary value.
For me, collectability & money value aside, there is a key distinction to the quality and essence of the print. If it is a copy made by some guy who can forge well, in no way connected to the artist, that is bogus & useless and I would not want it around.
If it is from the same run, same inks, paper, artist, etc., just outside the official run--backdoor as they say-- that is still a piece with integrity, to me...without getting into any issues of who is getting cheated of what. Just as a piece of art.
I can not afford any of the images I really want in the official run at this time. Hope that changes.

I dont know the print or seller, but clip framed is a bit of a risk - it may be faded & unless you have first hand experience of them & their original colour, it would be difficult to tell - also that glass pressing on the print isnt a good omen for the money you are looking at - check alos if its been trimmed to fit - you cant be too careful - the HC have a good margin on them and would be easy to cut down to size...
rule of thumb - either portfolio stored or properly framed ... though many would avoid a pre framed print as you dont know how it has been mounted or the quality of the framing...
