Unsigned has to be north of £3k (I wouldn't take less than £3.5k for mine and its not for sale, before anyone asks). They don't come along very often and as wiz said, everyone would be interested in it.
If it were signed and it were mine, I would be looking towards a decent auction, as prices have gone nuts.

My print is unsigned from a print run of 750 I believe the first 150 were signed but mine is not, it has been kept out of sunlight in a gallery quality frame and has been authenticated by Pest Control.
I will look to get some photos up as well to accompany the listing.

On here you will be able to sell for a good price without fees, probably be able to organise a face to face meeting for safety too, and you have a captive audience of Banksy fans.

Pretty much 20% is the norm these days and that is from both ends so the auction house make over 40% of a items value just in fee,s(bastards) also in the UK there is this artist scheme and that costs the buyer another 4%. I would use a auction house as a last resort not as my first choice. For me i would much prefer to sell my Banksys to a forum member i have had dealings with at a lower price than to whoever for as much as i could get but then that is why i joined art forums in the first place. I am sure there are plenty of members that are after this print that will pay what you need ( unless its a crazy amount, which of course it will be its a Banksy) and yes there are some dicks here but they are everywhere.. I currently have the Banksy stored and after receiving some offers and advice I'm probably going to keep hold of it for the time being whilst I'm travelling and then sell it if I get strapped for cash to extend my travelling.
I will sell it here on the forum and might back it up with a listing on eBay for a slightly crazier amount just incase anyone goes for it...
