Adam Neate hodgepodge, by rob123rob on Jun 26, 2007 2:21:15 GMT 1, Like a lot of us on here, I am falling deeper and deeper in love with everything I see by Adam Neate. As I live in Canada, it may never happen that I stumble across one of his pieces left out on the street, so I guess I'll have to utilize plan B: secondary market. So, if anyone wouldn't mind helping out with some more info, here's what Im wondering: -of his few prints, which is the least expensive in value/cost? -where is the best place to buy his prints (other than ebay)? -any news on a new release from him?
Thanks for any and all help

Welcome to the Neate fan club!
- The lease expensive print thus far is NOTV. The other 3 released were of a smaller edition and most would argue better images - I believe Elms Lesters is going to have new giclee prints available for his August exhibition. I would check their website for updates. - Unfortunately the best place to buy his prints is going to be Ebay. You may have some luck on this forum and the other but I get the feeling most who have them are holding onto them or they are already hanging on the wall.
Good luck in your search.

Adam Neate hodgepodge, by BME on Jun 26, 2007 11:47:28 GMT 1, Hi Rob, I'd echo all that but I'd also urge you to take a look at some of the street pieces that come up on ebay etc. They are originals and frequently sell for half the price of his prints.

Adam Neate hodgepodge, by slowmo on Jun 26, 2007 13:57:25 GMT 1, There's a street piece on Fashion Street, as you turn off commercial road, on the left side of the street, there is a public sign that has been pranged into, Adam Neate has painted on a sticker, you can see people have tried to pick it off but failed.
Realise this is useless information for this thread, but thought I would share the info in case anyone hadn't seen it.

Adam Neate hodgepodge, by slowmo on Jun 27, 2007 9:52:13 GMT 1, Dokland has a few bits sprayed up around commercial road. Was that one on the main road? I think he has another thing sprayed at the top end of Brick lane.

Adam Neate hodgepodge, by slowmo on Jun 27, 2007 9:55:40 GMT 1, BTW, I have no camera, otherwise would have posted plenty on the get your banksy's out thread over the last few months. Also I would love to pst more street stuff as its a travesty how underviewed that part of the forum is.
By the looks of things though, I should be able to get Carlito on the case with anything I spot.

Slowmo - you may want to get your photographer, Carlito, to add stuff to this thread:
banksyforum.proboards82.com/index.cgi?board=streetartgallery&action=display&thread=1182540966&page=1
Carlito - preferably pics of actual street art, rather than blank walls
