Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by Cardiff on Feb 12, 2010 17:12:26 GMT 1, I'm guessing you've seen them, but in case not, both Elm's and Camparbossa have some nice ones. Good luck in the search!

Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by volvic on Feb 13, 2010 15:31:16 GMT 1, id say 5k is very unfair and anyone would laugh you out the building if you offered them that.
7-9.5k is more realistic.

To be fair, this is nearer the figure i had in mind, it was the 15k estimate that made me post.

Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by volvic on Feb 13, 2010 15:37:50 GMT 1, the 15k days are long gone for a parla agreed but 10k is still very realistic for a good one, elms are still charging 11.5k for them and his last show was 15k USD so not sure where people are getting lower prices from, i would be very interested to know though!

Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by Cardiff on Feb 13, 2010 17:11:35 GMT 1, For what it's worth, Fiona (Elm's) sent me pricing on a vertically-oriented Parla watercolor about a month ago...framed (68x88)...5K.

Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by oneeye on Feb 13, 2010 17:14:14 GMT 1, A good friend of mine got one a few months back for just north of 15K US. It was sensational. One of the better watercolors without a doubt.

Looking for a Parla Watercolour, by lobster on Feb 13, 2010 17:53:36 GMT 1, Been offered one at ยฃ15K - good luck (!!) and others at more realistic prices - the ยฃ5K may sound low but I also bought one for around that figure late last year which was ยฃ4.5K + VAT (from memory) at source so as ever it all depends on how much people really want to sell - looking for something a little different to what I already have so please feel free to mail me some pictures.

22x30 = 5-6k GBP 30x44 = 7-10k GBP
There are Parla watercolours and then there are Parla watercolours. I think quality plays a huge part in their secondary price.
