Papermonster Faile is HERE, by chablis on Apr 4, 2008 23:04:32 GMT 1, Very nice, Paper Monster don't believe in tissue / brown paper to protect their prints, it is a street print after all, but has arrived just fine. As described by others a lovely piece, the hand finishing is applied to the paper before the screen print, so perhaps not as obvious as people would expect.

Mine was packaged fine too - a big tube and lots of bubble wrap.

Yes, some Failes are more colourful and if that's everything to you then great but you seem to be trying to take some kind of Faile elitist view which in reality boils down to the opinion of someone who obviously hasn't seen the print in the flesh.

The prints look like the one on display at papermonste when everyone purchased the print so i cant see any problem with it, if you dont like the image then i hope you didnt buy it, if like me you liked the image and bought one then congratulations get it on the wall

Canโt believe the faile boys went to such lengths making each print individual on quite a big print run. These guys can only get bigger and bigger and deservedly so. Canโt wait to see the smaller print runs these guys are putting out in June time.

Faile have been producing some quality work now for many years, as you know, youโve bought. Along with Banksy and as a result of such success they have had to up the number of prints available, not quite in the 500+ editionโฆ.yet! Along with this comes an increase in price. Fair enough.
This print, I have yet to get mine, looks from pics a nice image, hand finished, unusual for such a large release and maybe somewhat subtle in its colouration. Not everyone does subtle, clearly!
It is however great value for money considering all of the above and the largeโish size of the piece.
It is also as has been said, classic Faile of lady in distress that provides an image, a message and a possible story. I can appreciate that you may not want to go there with it or engage it.
However to just slate it and those that have purchased it with your superior tastes and attitude is just cheap, immature, tedious and boring. IMHO
