Not only does it add nothing, it brings a bad view to the street art scene. People see this crap and begin to blend street art with plain old vandalism or gang related rubbish... then we loose it all much quicker.

on drugs ?.. cough cough...A massive percent of 20th centuries greatest work was produced by brains influenced directly or indirectly by drugs. They're a positive edition to the creative process IMO.
More likely the person was pissed drunk on a cocktail of the chemicals that make up a pint of lager these days

Banksy - "Grin Reaper" Scrutton Street, Shoreditch, by circlemaker on Nov 8, 2007 10:40:46 GMT 1, it was written over sunday night. and to be honest i dont think anyone should care too much except the people who own the building. graffiti gets gone over all the time its part of what goes on. even the best pieces dont last forever and as soon as you realise this you start to understand what an artist making work in this scene has to accept and come to terms with. if you love it that much, trace round it, cut a stencil and respray it. i doubt this will happen though
