LA dog target
Target badge set SG 04
Come on folks, get your old Insect's out. Aside from Mr B, he was the Bethlehem star of the show at SG 07 imo. ;D
Buy 'em I say, buy 'em before Hirst beats you to it!

Are these 'vintage' Insect prints worth getting?, by beau on Feb 6, 2008 11:34:20 GMT 1, if you like them they're worth it, if like me you think they're rather horrid looking and wouldn't ever want them on your walls, or even take them out to peak at them then they seem expensive. I'm sure the print quality and technique is rather impressive though

I think when Paul get his website up and running and has a solo show all this older stuff will disappear. I only have Who To Believe but plan on picking up some of his earlier stuff soonish.

Are these 'vintage' Insect prints worth getting?, by savilerogue on Feb 6, 2008 15:44:32 GMT 1, They are nice prints IMO.
I've got these two (apologies for the cropped pics, I can't find the proper pics at the moment).
They were only £54.99 at POW back in the day, nowadays they usually fetch around the £180 mark on the bay.

Now that's rather nice C! Was that from Bullion? I don't think I've seen it before.

Are these 'vintage' Insect prints worth getting?, by seidbereit on Feb 6, 2008 17:22:04 GMT 1, Now that's rather nice C! Was that from Bullion? I don't think I've seen it before. Hi Si, it wasn't from Bullion no, it was part of a Cosh exhibition in March 2007 for the launch of a book called "Two Faced" where various artists were paired off and had to do a portrait of each other. PI did this one called "Adam Pointer" and AP did one of PI - they appear in the book on facing pages. I contacted with PI through his website when I bought it as I was curious to know why it was marked A/P 1/1 and he told to me then (and has very kindly confirmed in a letter to me in the meantime ;D), that he marked it A/P thinking he'd like to do an edition of it, but in the end he didn't get around to it and won't be doing now either, so it's basically an original! ;D ;D (Or as close as a giclee can be, I suppose, but who cares about that ). Big brute too at 107 x 77cm
