That's what I thought he'd do as well when I read about it beforehand.
My comment was just to highlight the fact that he was doing things without permission, unless of course the government O.K.ed displaying a piece of protest art on their seat of power (somehow doubt it). I'm not sure where the law would stand on the projection but I reckon with the anti terror legislation and other laws like the CJA if they wanted they could have made life pretty unpleasant for Nick for a few days. So what he painted with permission, maybe it was a commission who knows, some of Banksys recent stuff was done with consent granted before the act.

I presumed that's what he was going to do, it would have made sense and been quite a spectacle. What was actually done was infinitely less impressive.

So we had to put off the projection on Big Ben till the next morning and the image was projected and off within 40 seconds and then back in the van. I just don't think there would have been the time to do anything more elaborate. Would have looked good though.
