apparently they "discovered" it, even though it was heavily tagged by that point. it's being said like no one else knew it was there, and they are heros for allowing people to see it. for people who are apparently big fans and collectors, how could you miss the hype around it? struth, the local papers even had it in before they apparently found it.
oh and they're considering selling it to croydon council to put it back on the street. but they'd like to make some profit.
