Sorry but Rule 2 is a waste of time - given the extra info caveat. You also don't say other people can't for example bump a mate's sale. And what's wrong with people bumping their sales anyway? In the real world, if I want to take out an extra advert or two to sell something I can and I don't see the difference. I actually suspect that anyone who bumps too frequently puts people off buying anyway and therefore the situation corrects itself without the need for intervention.
