He's an infamous graffiti writer who operated in Liverpool on it's trains and walls until he was nearly sent down for 4 years but got off with a 4 year suspended sentance and asbo (Clegg was stood in front of an old piece of his based on the Beatles and Penny Lane) and laughed my arse off about the bit where they asked Clegg if he encourages kids to write their name on walls? He said can't you tell the difference between graffiti and a signature? And they said not when you do it.

Also it was doubly funny as they then interviewed another graf writer (who Eject suspects of grassing him to the police) from liverpool who was painting near by about what he thought about politics and he came out with some earth shattering wisdom to this effect: "They like err say one thing to get yer vote and then do somat else and like expenses an that".
