Advice Needed - Kaws Toy damaged, by Happy Shopper on Apr 14, 2010 21:37:58 GMT 1, I know you all have opinions  ...
Got my Bearbrick 400% last week... lovely packaging, no damage, hurrah!
But the design printed/painted on it has been scratched in the factory!!
Is this normal "damage"?
If this was a print I'd want a replacement, but what's the deal with toys like this?
Anyone had the same?

totally disagree.
i emailed them and even found a number on the internet for brian / kaws.
and they sent me a replacement items and some bonus items for free...
but it wasnt easy
