I like this watercolor more than the other one currently on Ebay - and I give the seller credit for having the balls to make it a no reserve auction. Will be interesting to see where it ends up at.

We can all speculate on this, we aren't out of the recession yet and there is a risk of a double dip, unemployment is at its highest for decades, income tax rates are on the up etc. These are some of the doom and gloom reasons. Others could be the seller has enjoyed it and wants a change, they're moving and 100 other good reasons.
I personally think this is beautiful and quite a steal at the moment, let's see what it goes for ;D
