I bought one of his canvases of This is your Life for 90 pounds, and within four months was able to sell it for almost 600 pounds--enough to buy the unsigned Banksy I had been eyeing for a while. And now all of his prints sell out super fast. Not too long ago, just a couple of months ago actually, it took days/weeks for his prints to sell out. So, yes, considering that Rush hour is his best print since This is your life, that was a fair price IMHO

IMHO Stef has been producing good quality ltd ed screen prints in runs of less than 50 for a good while. I think this is perhaps technically his most detailed screen print thus far on decent paper, signed, numbered & embossed.
I think £50 was a very very reasonable price, so in conclusion I would say if are you desperate to get it framed and on the wall because you love the image/print then £150 is about right.
Its all about what that print does for you?
I have pieces that resonate every time I look at them, some cost
-£50 and some 4k!

Rush Hour is beautifully printed but, I feel, will have a shorter lifespan than TIYL as it's references are more fleeting, whereas TIYL comments on the whole latter half of the 20th and early 21st C.

That's an interesting comment Yeah. Why do you prefer Rush Hour? Although I have Rush Hour and like it a lot, I prefer TIYL. I like the juxtaposition of the small innocent child against the projected crap that she is going to be fed during the course of her life. This, for me, makes it fairly timeless. Whereas Rush Hour is very much of the moment and although a striking image, doesn't quite have the legs of TIYL. Both really good images though by a very underated artist IMHO.
