I think your onton something looks like someone wiped there as with the paper before they did the print as well...

For what it's worth this is possibly the only completely original screenprint I know of in street art and could not have been made by anyone but a very talented artist. The level of detail in the print was made using a seperate screen and then scraping through paint with a scalpel. You need to be up close to appreciate it. Like the image or not it's a good picture - one to be admired for sheer ability even if you don't want it at home.
