Nice - Been on Mau Mau's website for a few days - where are they? Charlie Brown inspired piece brilliant

i love the tourist fox with the string vest, knotted hanky on his head and fag end in the bucket...the ultimate grockel - just like me when i go down there...

the charlie brown was painted in front of a crowd at the appledore arts festival and all the (remaining few) locals who actually live there all year round cheered as he painted in the words, that was the main shop that no longer got enough business to stay open as virtually every house is a second home..

and the BP one is probably most apt of all as the oil spill is ultimately all our fault as we support the economic capitalist system (not that we really have any choice without going totally off grid in every aspect of our lives) where everything is made of oil in one way or another (even the paint he would have used to paint it) ...obviously it is not directly our fault as BP (and Halliburton and all the rest of the corporate scum) should have checked the safety procedures, but also interesting that similar things have happened in Niger delta on numerous occasions but they never make the news as the africans affected by that are not deemed newsworthy ... humans are the problem, we think we are special but basically we are just animals with clothes whose days are going to be limited if we carry on like we are...
