Used the ISS Detector app and it was only 79ยฐ (almost on top of my head == 90ยฐ) from my position and it worked super fine
It does not indeed appear in the Live though

Did you try deleting the app from your phone and reinstalling it. You will need to sign in again but all your info will still be there. Had the same on my iphone a while back and this worked for me

Impossible to flash the ISS with an Android phone for the moment.
Only iPhone.
They try to solve the problem.
